Term & Conditions

General Term and Condition

1-I only accept PayPal. The client is required to pay 100% upfront first before I start the commission. Returning clients with 2 or more commissions done are able to do a half-payment
2-Artworks that are needed within a less than 2 week delivery period may require additional payment depending on the workload I have. The payment will increase depending on how soon you need the piece.
3-Artworks that have complex characters may also require additional payment. Clients are not allowed to refund unless the commission was canceled. Refunding after the commission is already done is not allowed.
4- More the detailing needed in character design, more will be the fees (negotiable)
5- I have right to decline a commission and the client have right of refund only if I don't complete the commission in mentioned time

Image Rights and Use1- The client cannot sign their signature on the commissioned image and, or market it as their own.2- The client is not allowed to remove my signature from the image unless the artwork is used for commercial purposes or for specific printing (shirts, stickers, etc.)3- I have the right to distribute and use the image. If the image has an original character/s, I will credit the character/s and mention proper ownership.4- If the commissioner does not want me to post it publicly, please tell me first so I may know beforehand.5- If artwork is claimed by the client as their own and if it was reported, I have the right to post the image regardless of whether it is a secret or not.6- Images may be used for commercial profit, ONLY after consulting me at the beginning of the commission. (Extra payment is required if it's under commercial profit.)
